HighBrow Studios, owned by Sam Muggelberg, is a cosmetic tattoo collective located in the heart of Tuckerton NJ, which offers an impressive menu of permanent makeup & cosmetic tattoo procedures to suit your aesthetic needs. Sam is a board-certified platinum member and educator for the American Academy of Micropigmentation, is fully insured, is recognized and licensed by the NJ state board of health and has hundreds of hours of accredited continued education under her belt. 

 

Current PMU available services include powder brows, combo-brows, tattooed lash-line enhancement & semi-permanent lip tinting. 

 

As of June 2023, HighBrow Studios is a registered and accredited permanent cosmetic academy offering NJ-approved PMU apprenticeships as well as advanced "Soft Powder-Brow" 1:1 training.
