Sam Muggelberg, owner of HighBrowStudios , is a permanent cosmetic artist and brow design specialist who proudly opened HighBrow LLC in February of 2018.  A Tuckerton local, Sam spent over a decade in the medical field as a licensed radiologic technologist before pursuing her dream of entering the aesthetics industry via micropigmentation.  Sam earned her AAM Gold membership in late 2017 and went on to sub-contract out of one of the area's most reputable tattoo shops, 777 Tattoos. Sam was the first person to practice PMU in the southern ocean county region of NJ.  While at 777, she mastered her "soft powder brow" technique and grew her clientele for 2 years before going on to open the first licensed and accredited brick & mortar PMU studio in southern ocean county.  HigBrow Studios, located at 260 East Main Street in Tuckerton NJ, was opened during the fall of 2020.  As of June, 2023, Sam has reached yet another career milestone by becoming the first certified and insured PMU trainer in the local region (64th ever in the state of NJ) and has brought the first accredited PMU training facility to the Jersey Shore.  Sam is a board-certified platinum member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation, fully insured, and is recognized and licensed by the NJ state board of health.  In just 6 year's time, Sam has gained well over 1,000 clients and looks forward to continuing to grow her small business in both size and experience.
