cancellation & booking policies

please read carefully.

  • Before booking, please review all information to include FAQ's, Before you Book, HBS Policies & After Care; PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY.

  • If any appointment restrictions apply to you, or you have previous work done by a different artist, please notify me PRIOR to booking as you may not qualify. Booking without notification will be grounds for forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Facetime consultations and/or phone calls are recommended for any pre-appointment questions.  Please request if applicable.

  • Once all questions are answered and you are found to be a good candidate for PMU, you may move forward with the deposit to book and secure your appointment. Once deposit is made, you will receive confirmation.

  • I do understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, however your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. All requests for rescheduling must be done so PRIOR TO 48 hours of your scheduled appointment without forfeiting your deposit. 

  • Once again, Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Do NOT submit your deposit until you have read all information, policies, and terms & conditions related to your appointment. Submission of your deposit signifies your agreement of these terms.

  • You must bring a valid state issued ID, drivers license, or passport with you to be scanned as proof you are 18+.

  • NO food or drinks are allowed in the work space.

  • NO persons below the age of 18 are allowed in the studio during appointment hours.

  • There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive outside of that window your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment!
